Mr. Narayan Mondal is responsible for looking at the financial aspects of the organization.

Mr. Avijit Pradhan distributes the resources so that volunteers and employees may fulfill their duties to the best of their abilities.

Mr. Ramprasad Das leads and assess employees, including resident assistants, and organize weekly gatherings to promote community growth.

Ms. Sayannita Dey assists and instructs the team in handling calls and case interventions skillfully, and determine the team's training requirements.

Ms. Anoyara Khatun is an active memebr and a social worker who is keen to participate in all the events of the organization.

Ms.Chayna Bishal as a social worker has a vision and looks at the long term perspective keeping in mind the working of the organization and actively participates in all the initiatives.

Ms. Bisnupriya Poddar is a social work enthsiast who wishes to work for the people and society through any means.
